Who We Are?
We're a non-profit organisation dedicated to the empowerment of women and child development, with a strong focus on supporting neurodiverse children. Founded on March 8th, International Women’s Day, the foundation recognizes the crucial role of women, particularly mothers, in fostering inclusive communities and driving societal change.

Inclusion of Neurodiverse Children & Families

We conduct national and regional campaigns to raise awareness about neurodiversity, challenging stigma, and promoting inclusion in schools, workplaces, and communities.

We establish community-led support groups for parents to share experiences, gain knowledge, and receive emotional and practical assistance.

We are setting up community Centers where neurodiverse and neurotypical children can interact through structured and unstructured activities to encourage social skills development
Early Detection of Autism Spectrum & Neuro-developmental Disorders

Implement globally recognized early screening methodologies such as M-CHAT (Modified Checklist for Autism in Toddlers) and DSM-5-based assessment frameworks.

We partner with paediatricians, child psychologists, and diagnostic centers to facilitate widespread and accessible screenings.

Conduct assessments in preschools and primary schools to detect early signs of neurodiverse conditions and provide timely intervention recommendations.
Home & Professional-Level Interventions

We offer access to occupational therapy, speech therapy, behavioural therapy, and social skills training through certified professionals

Develop customised intervention plans based on each child’s needs, strengths, and challenges to optimize their development.

Equip parents with strategies and tools to continue therapy at home, reinforcing professional intervention and improving outcomes.

Provide resources and training to daycare and preschool staff on how to support neurodiverse children in early learning environments.
Adaptation in Schooling & Education

Provide educators with neurodiverse-friendly teaching methodologies, including visual learning techniques, structured routines, and alternative communication strategies.

Work with schools to implement Universal Design for Learning (UDL) frameworks that accommodate different learning styles.

Advocate for flexible assessment methods, extended test durations, and sensory-friendly classrooms.

Provide financial support for neurodiverse children to access special education programs, private therapy, or learning support services

We are committed to raising awareness, advocating for policy changes, and equipping educators, parents, and caregivers with the necessary resources.
Through collaboration with schools, therapists, corporations, and government bodies, we strive to create a world where neurodiverse individuals are valued, included, and given equal opportunities to thrive.
Additionally, We support women in becoming catalysts for change, ensuring they have the knowledge, support, and opportunities to drive inclusive growth in their communities.
