Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which payments or donations made to the Foundation — including for program participation under the Junius Activity Club and the Avyan Idris Bridge School — may be considered for refund, if applicable.

Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the digital platforms of Avyan Idris Foundation (“AIF”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of our website https://www.avyan.org.in, mobile applications, and all services offered through them (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Privacy Policy

We're committed to protecting the privacy, dignity, and trust of every individual who engages with us—especially families, children, educators, volunteers, and professionals working to support neurodiversity and community well-being.

Donation Policy

This Donation Policy outlines the principles, processes, and legal framework under which Avyan Idris Foundation receives, acknowledges, and utilizes donations.

Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which payments or donations made to the Foundation — including for program participation under the Junius Activity Club and the Avyan Idris Bridge School — may be considered for refund, if applicable.

1. General Provisions


Avyan Idris Foundation is a registered not-for-profit organization under Section 12A of the Income Tax Act, and we have been granted provisional 80G certification to enable tax-deductible donations. As a charitable organization, we maintain transparency and integrity in managing contributions, program fees, and refunds.


This refund policy outlines the principles for refunds applicable to donations, program enrollments, and service fees related to the following departments:

  • Junius Activity Club

  • Avyan Idris Bridge School


2. Donation Refunds

All donations made to Avyan Idris Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable.

  • Donations are governed by our Donation Policy and once processed, they cannot be refunded or transferred, except in cases of:
    Duplicate transaction
    Technical error during payment processing
    Incorrect amount debited due to system failure

Refund requests for such exceptional cases must be made within 7 working days of the transaction by writing to admin@avyan.org.in with proof of transaction and reason for the request.


3. Refund Policy for Junius Activity Club

Junius Activity Club conducts regular sessions and short-term programs for children between the ages of 3 to 8. Fees collected for these programs go toward operational, training, and administrative costs.


3.1 Program Cancellation by Foundation

  • If a scheduled program is cancelled by the Foundation, a 100% refund will be issued within 7–10 business days.

  • Optionally, parents may choose to transfer the fees to another batch or future date.

3.2 Withdrawal by Parent

  • If a parent withdraws:
    Before the program starts: 90% refund (10% will be deducted as administrative fees).
    After attending 1 session: 50% refund.
    After 2 or more sessions: No refund.

3.3 Missed Sessions

  • No refund or adjustment is allowed for sessions missed due to the child’s absence.

  • However, where possible, the team may provide a make-up session in the next available batch, subject to availability.


4. Refund Policy for Avyan Idris Bridge School


Avyan Idris Bridge School operates on a customized, inclusive educational model designed for neurodiverse children, integrating therapies, life skills, and academic learning.


4.1 Admission/Enrollment Fee

  • The admission/enrollment fee is non-refundable under any circumstance.

4.2 Annual/Quarterly Fees

  • Fees are collected on a quarterly basis.

  • If withdrawal is requested 15 days before the next quarter starts, 75% of the upcoming quarter fee is refunded.

  • If withdrawal is requested within the first 2 weeks of a new quarter, 50% refund.

  • After 2 weeks into the quarter, no refund is applicable.

4.3 Refund on Therapy Fees

  • Therapy fees (if paid in advance) are refunded on a prorated basis if sessions are cancelled by the school.

  • No refund is applicable for missed sessions by the parent, unless:
    The school failed to provide the scheduled therapist
    Sessions were cancelled without notice

5. Mode of Refund

  • Refunds will be made only through the original mode of payment.

  • It may take 7 to 14 working days for the amount to reflect in the payer’s account, depending on bank timelines.

7. Amendments to this Policy
