Introduction

Avyan Idris Foundation is a registered non-profit organization working towards inclusion, early childhood intervention, and empowerment for neurodiverse children and their families. Through initiatives like Junius Activity Club and Avyan Idris Bridge School, we deliver educational, therapeutic, and developmental programs.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable laws.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes, including:

Making donations or participating in fundraising efforts;
Registering for events or programs like Junius Activity Club or Bridge School;

We do not store payment card details on our servers. All payments are processed securely by third-party vendors (such as Razorpay, PayTM, etc.).

Refunds for donations, program fees (including Junius Activity Club and Bridge School), or any other payments made via the Platform are subject to our detailed Refund Policy. Generally, donations are non-refundable except in cases of transactional error.
